Chapter 6.1
The sports is a very important part in people’s life.We will learn well if we have healthy body.For strong body we must do more exerice every day.You will also be interested in it.

During this term,I did much exerice to improve my health.When I am free at home,I used running machine to exerice.I can control the speed when I run.I always use the middle spend,if I use the high speed,my power will be lost fast and I will be tired quickly and I can not keep the blance when use the high speed,it is not like running on the ground as usual.When I feel tired,I walk on it by the slowest speed.When I get up in the morning,I often use it to make my mind clear.Because people will feel a little tired when get up.Running in the morning make me be excited without being tired.But the weakness is when use the running machine,it will make some noise.So I also do some other sports at home.I lift up the barbells every evening which weight 4kg for each.I do different kinds of postures to lift up the barbells because use only one way to do it will make me feel bored.

Indoor sports is essential,but I need outside sports,too.At the weekend,I invited Bobby to play basketball with me.We are not real good at playing basketball,just for fun and healthy.We met at playgrouud and practiced basketball.We practiced passing the ball and throwing the ball and running with the ball.We took a lot of photos there. We had a good time and we were happy with that activity.

I also ride a bike to exerice. Riding a bike is a very popular sports to make people heathy.Many students ride to school,but I do not go to school by bike because the distance between my house and my school is too long that is not good for riding a bike.During the weekend ,I often go to the near supermarket to buy some things that I need.During the winter vacation,for the further exerice,I ride bike for about 5 km once a time when I am free.Riding a bike can make me more carefully when do anything.It also improve my keeping balance skills and train my arms and legs more strong and aqility.I can kown the roads well and learn a lot.It is a kind of studying,get different ways to study can make my ability much better.
After doing a lot of sports, I find that doing physical activities is so important that we must do it.. We should do more sports include indoor or outside . Doing sports is a way to make more friends.It can improve my skills of communion.Good body is premise if you want to learn well.If you do not have a good body,you can not study well.We know we must spend a lot time studying for high marks,but if your body is weak,you will be tired or feel sick after spending too much time.I will do sports as usual,and anything can not stop me ,it is life.
